Basic Bulletproof Coffee

If you are on a Keto based diet or just need more healthy fats in your life, this is my Basic Bulletproof Coffee Recipe. This recipe can be modified left and right, but I always start with the basic recipe.


1 Tablespoon Butter

1 Tablespoon MCT Oil (I prefer the Now Sports Brand)

2 Tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream

Stevia or Monkfruit sweetener to taste

Coffee (I prefer 8-16 oz)

Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz for about 10 seconds until butter is melted and mixture has frothy foaming on top.

Easy modifications:

Use a flavored stevia such as vanilla or caramel

Add in extra sweetener and cocoa powder (or try adding 1 teaspoon of lakanto drinking chocolate)
